:: I am a one-woman-band, working hard to fulfill all the order requests. My lead time ranges between 3-5 weeks, which of course is size dependent.
:: PAYMENT
I do require full payment in order for me to secure the order slots. Only upon receipt of the full payment will I start working on the orders. My customers are constantly posted with the progress of the order.
:: Payments are accepted via NEFT transfers. For all International order, payments are accepted via PayPal.
:: SHIPPING:
I generally use the Indian Postal Service to ship all my items out, however, I leave it to my customers to choose the shipping method depending upon how soon they require the order to arrive.
:: RETURN/REFUND:
I work really hard to ensure all orders meet the expectations of my customers. If in case any of the items fall short of the expectations, please get in touch with me within 2 business days. Upon validation I will process a refund. I do not, however, refund the shipping costs.
