Hello! I’m Ruth, the person behind Loops & Purls blog. My crochet adventure began about four years ago, when I accidentally stumbled upon a hook and yarn stash at my cousin's place, and instantly fell in love with the art of crochet. I made a shawl for myself, wore it to work and received many compliments. I was hooked! Since then, I have never put my crochet hook down.

I live in Bangalore, India with my husband and our little white Spitz who is fondly called Darcy. 

I mostly crochet items to order but time to time I try to update items that are available for sale in the FLASH SALE section.
